Swimwear Policy – Final Sale
Due to the nature of swimwear and hygiene standards, all swimwear items are final sale and non-returnable. We kindly ask that you double-check sizing and product details before completing your purchase. If you have any questions, we’re always happy to assist before checkout!
Important Notice: Only US orders are eligible for return services, we are not accepting returns for orders that are shipped to customers outside the US at this time.
Vacation Wear Policy - Returns
To qualify for a full refund, return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order (based on the delivery date shown in tracking). Once your request is approved, the item(s) must be shipped back within 7 days of your return submission.
For orders shipped in multiple packages, the return window begins from the delivery date of the final package.
Returns that don’t meet these timelines may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, or may not be accepted.
Please note:
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged item.
Once your return is received, please allow 5–7 business days for Aura Shores to process it.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return has been completed. We truly appreciate your support of small boutiques like ours—it means the world to us. While our return policy is firm due to the nature of our supplier agreements, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
